The beach club was perfect, and we also explored the nearby Maya Water Park and took a day trip to the beautiful ruins. The location was great, and we loved the spacious rooms, made unwinding after adventures easy.

We faced an issue with the television not working, and the management didn't seem concerned about it, disappointing.

I gave it a shot

Spent two nights in a lovely spot where the beach is pristine and staff attention is good. Loved the dining options, especially at the hotel restaurant. Everything was conveniently within walking distance. A few service hiccups, but overall, a nice balance of relaxation and fun!

The lock on the room took two days to fix!!! The room lacked adequate cleaning supplies and hand towels upon arrival!!! The management failed to address issues with my clothing after a cleaning mishap!!!
